Anonymous asked: a little bit of an odd/personal question, but when doing cardio regularly, you're cutting down on your body fat % (i think?), do you ever worry about losing too much fat in your boobs? I know this sounds reallyyy superficial, but I'm a teenage girl, and the "perfect body" (toned butt, big chest, small waist + stomach) is something i don't have so i get really conscious about that type of stuff… i haven't done cardio in a while because I'm worried I'll become flat:(
Yea you are losing body fat when doing cardio. It’s most likely going to happen. The amount is different for everyone though. It happened to me. I don’t really care though. A very little percentage of women have all those “perfect” model like features, and that is why we have supermodels haha. Don’t beat yourself up for not looking like a model! They also have great genes and body structures that help achieve that body, not to mention the best nutritionists and personal trainers. It’s literally their full-time job to look that good. You don’t necessarily have to do cardio. I would maybe do it at least once a week minimum but you could stick to just doing mostly strength exercises so you don’t lose as much body fat!
